Shipping policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Standard Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after purchase.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number and carrier link (Royal Mail or UPS) will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

  • Real-time updates are also provided through Royal Mail SMS/Email notifications (if enabled).


Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Cancellations: You must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Address Changes: You can request a change of address within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, changes cannot be made due to our fast processing system.

  • Carriers Used: 90% Royal Mail, 10% UPS

  • Delivery Instructions: We will add them to your label if provided, but couriers cannot guarantee compliance.

  • Peak Seasons: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
